At the end of August, we traveled to Kansas City, MO to perform at the Ted Talk Convention for an audience of over 3000 people! This Ted Talk is the largest in the United States.
We were treated like VIPs the whole time with our private dressing room, free admission to Science City, a picnic on the lawn of the Kauffman Center, and a GREAT after party with lots of food and dancing. On the way home we stopped by the City Museum in St. Louis and saw the St. Louis Arch! BIG THANKS to Mike Lundgren and all the TEDx KC people for such an incredible trip!
Our Advanced kids played our Zeppelin medley (conducted by Brittany) and our Beginners played So Danso Samba (conducted by Kelsey.). Our Steel group performed in the simulcast room (conducted by Meg & Price).
